The ilnua.com website is hosted on Spaceship. We highly value your privacy and are committed to protecting it: there is absolutely no data tracking, no cookies, and no analytics of any kind used on this website.

Privacy HealthyWeather

This section governs the privacy practices for both the "Healthy Weather" iOS App and its promotional website (healthyweather.app).

Website (healthyweather.app)
The promotional website is hosted on Spaceship. Similar to our main site, it uses strictly zero tracking, zero cookies, and no analytics.

iOS App
The Healthy Weather app requests access to your location (GPS coordinates) solely for the purpose of fetching accurate, local weather and pollen data for you. - We do not store any data that connects your identity to the location requested. - We do not sell any of your data to third parties.

Contacting Support
If you contact us via email for support or feedback (e.g., using a "Contact" button in the app), we will receive your email address and any information you provide in your message. We process this data solely to answer your inquiry and provide customer support (Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for fulfilling a contract/support request, or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for legitimate interest in customer service). We delete this correspondence once your request has been fully resolved and no further legal retention periods apply.

Infrastructure and Data Processing
Our backend data server is hosted on Railway, utilizing infrastructure located in both the United States and the European Union. While we do not store personal profiles, Railway's standard network infrastructure may keep temporary server logs for operational, performance, and security purposes. These temporary logs may contain the sender's IP address and the requested location data. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in ensuring network security and the functionality of our services.

Your Data Protection Rights (GDPR)

Subscriptions and Billing
Healthy Weather includes an auto-renewable subscription. Please note that all billing, free trial periods, cancellations, and refunds are handled entirely by Apple. You can manage, view, or cancel your subscription at any time directly through your device's Apple ID Subscriptions settings.
