Ilnua Legal Information
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the ilnua.com website and its associated digital products and iOS applications.
The ilnua.com website is hosted on Spaceship. We highly value your privacy and are committed to protecting it: there is absolutely no data tracking, no cookies, and no analytics of any kind used on this website.
Privacy HealthyWeather
This section governs the privacy practices for both the "Healthy Weather" iOS App and its promotional website (healthyweather.app).
Website (healthyweather.app)
The promotional website is hosted on Spaceship. Similar to our main site, it uses strictly zero tracking, zero cookies, and no analytics.
iOS App
The Healthy Weather app requests access to your location (GPS coordinates) solely for the purpose of fetching accurate, local weather data and computing your local sun and vitamin D conditions.
- We do not store any data that connects your identity to the location requested.
- We do not sell any of your data to third parties.
Vitamin D Tracking
As of app version 1.3, vitamin D tracking runs entirely on your device. The personal inputs used to estimate synthesis (skin type, age, percentage of skin exposed, sunscreen level, cloud-cover setting), all tracking-session computations, and your complete session history are processed and stored locally on your device only. None of this data is ever transmitted to us — we operate no backend server for the app.
Because none of this data reaches us or is linked to your identity, our privacy nutrition label remains "Data Not Collected."
Contacting Support
If you contact us via email for support or feedback (e.g., using a "Contact" button in the app), we will receive your email address and any information you provide in your message. We process this data solely to answer your inquiry and provide customer support (Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for fulfilling a contract/support request, or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for legitimate interest in customer service). We delete this correspondence once your request has been fully resolved and no further legal retention periods apply.
Third-Party Services (Weather Data)
To provide you with accurate, real-time weather data (such as the UV index), the app transmits your requested location coordinates directly to Apple's Weather service (WeatherKit) to fetch the forecast — including, for tracking backfill, a past time window. Apple receives only latitude, longitude, and the requested time range; no identifiers, no personal inputs, and no session data are transmitted by the app. This processing happens under your existing relationship with Apple as an iOS user; for more information, see Apple's privacy policy at apple.com/legal/privacy and the Weather attribution.
Older App Versions (1.2 and earlier)
Versions of the app before 1.3 fetch weather data through our backend server (hosted on Railway, with infrastructure in the United States and the European Union), which in turn queries the weather provider Open-Meteo. On this data path, only location coordinates, non-identifying weather parameters, and — for tracking sessions — derived, non-reconstructible synthesis values are processed; tracking-session state is held in temporary server memory only, expires after at most 24 hours, and is never linked to your identity. Railway's standard network infrastructure may keep temporary server logs (containing the sender's IP address and requested location) for operational and security purposes; the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in network security and service functionality. This legacy path will be retired as older app versions phase out.
Your Data Protection Rights (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), if you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following data protection rights: - The right to access, update or delete the information we have on you. - The right of rectification: You have the right to have your information rectified if that information is inaccurate or incomplete. - The right to object: You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data. - The right of restriction: You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal information. - The right to data portability: You have the right to be provided with a copy of the information we have on you in a structured, machine-readable, and commonly used format. - The right to withdraw consent: You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time where we relied on your consent to process your personal information.
Right to Complain
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a Data Protection Authority about our collection and use of your personal data. For more information, please contact your local data protection authority in the European Economic Area (EEA).

Privacy Cadence
This section governs the privacy practices for the "Cadence" iOS app.
iOS App
Cadence is built to work entirely on your device. Your todos and their completion history are stored locally using Apple's on-device storage (SwiftData) and are shared only with the Cadence home-screen widget on the same device.
- The app does not require an account or any sign-in.
- It does not use iCloud or any other cloud service.
- It does not connect to the internet or any server — no data ever leaves your device.
- It contains no analytics, no cookies, no advertising, no trackers, and no third-party SDKs.
- We do not collect, receive, store, or have access to any of your data.
Because nothing is collected, transmitted, or linked to your identity, our App Store privacy nutrition label is "Data Not Collected." Removing the app from your device removes its data.
Contacting Support
If you contact us via email for support or feedback, we will receive your email address and any information you provide in your message. We process this data solely to answer your inquiry and provide customer support (Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for fulfilling a support request, or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for our legitimate interest in customer service). We delete this correspondence once your request has been fully resolved and no further legal retention periods apply.
Your Data Protection Rights (GDPR)
Because Cadence collects and stores no personal data on our side, there is no personal information for us to access, rectify, export, or delete. Any data created in the app exists only on your device, under your control. If you have any questions about privacy, you can contact us at contact@ilnua.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority in the European Economic Area (EEA).
